The concentration of CO2 in the atmosphere must be reduced to 350 parts per million to avoid catastrophic effects of climate change.
Weather History Project
The Community Council of Devon is providing funding for this project which aims to document local residents' experience of severe weather events in the past and to learn from those experiences.
